Why did Khloé Kardashian decide to use a surrogate? We know the reason, but fans also have their own theory.

On the news that Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson will become parents for the second time, the Internet was in an uproar. First, because the couple has not been together for some time, and second, because the celebrity decided that this time she will use a surrogate. Why did she make such a decision? We know Kardashian’s arguments, as well as the theory of her fans.

Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thomson are expecting their second child! This news a little over a week ago fell on us like a bolt from the blue. And for several reasons. First, because due to the basketball player’s numerous infidelities, including one of the most recent ones, which resulted in the athlete having a child, the celebrity decided to separate and since the beginning of this year has only had sporadic contact with her former partner — exclusively related to the care of their daughter True. Secondly, because in Khloé Kardashian’s case it is vain to look for pregnancy curves. Well, as for the latter, it quickly became clear why. The star decided that this time she would use the help of a surrogate (which, of course, also provides an answer to the first doubt — Khloé and Tristan decided to have a second child before the scandal involving the athlete came to light and the surrogate was already pregnant at the time). Why did Khloé Kardashian decide not to give birth alone this time? The star announced the reasons for her decision in an official announcement — the same one in which she also shared the happy news. However, her fans also have their own theory. Here’s everything we know about it.

Why did Khloé Kardashian decide to use a surrogate? Official announcement

“We can confirm that True will live to see a sibling conceived in November. Khloé is incredibly grateful to the exceptional surrogate who made this beautiful blessing possible “— this was the announcement that hit the web on July 13, 2022.

Speculation immediately began — why such a decision? A person close to the star decided to speak on the matter, who agreed to give an interview to Heat magazine.

“There were medical reasons for the decision, but Khloé’s important reason was also that she no longer wanted to expose her body to such a heavy burden,” confessed the informant.

And he/she added, “Kim and Khloé know that their bodies are their ticket to a career. At the beginning of the year, they made a pact that they would do everything to be in the best shape possible (…). A rivalry has even been born between them. Both regularly go to the gym and spend thousands of dollars on their appearance. They live to make their jaws drop with admiration, envy and amazement wherever they appear.”

Well, that’s one theory. Another is also held by the star’s fans, who are apparently a bit more sympathetic to her.

Why did Khloé Kardashian decide to use a surrogate? Fan theory

This is because Khloé’s fans and admirers claim that their idol may have been a little scared by her sister Kourtney’s pregnancy woes, who has undergone IVF treatment three times. And each time the attempts were unsuccessful — so much so that Travis Barker’s wife had to write off previously frozen eggs, which proved too weak to survive thawing.

Apparently, Khloé was so worried that something would be wrong with her as well, that she only announced her decision to have another child with Tristan six months after conception. However, it seems that if there was any danger, it has passed and little True will soon live to see a younger sister or brother. So we’re keeping our hands on the pulse.

Members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan who have also used surrogates

Khloé Kardashian is not the only representative of the Kardashian-Jenner clan who, deciding to have a child, decided to use the help of a surrogate. Previously, Kim also did this, and in this way she lived to see her two youngest offspring — daughter Chicago (born in 2018) and son Psalm (born in 2019). According to Kim, it was “the best experience of her life.” So we suspect that Khloé won’t complain either. Especially since she made the decision to use a surrogate mainly for health reasons.
